The motion was seconded and the body recessed to executive session at approximately 5:05 p.m.
The minutes show the council returned from executive session at 6:02 p.m. When asked whether there was any action taken during closed session the council reported, "No action." Shortly thereafter a motion to adjourn the special meeting was made and seconded; members voted in favor and the special meeting was adjourned.
