Commissioners discussed creating an inventory of single-stall bathrooms in city facilities; Amory said they would follow up with contractors to obtain the final inventory. The group also explored bulk purchasing options to keep unit costs low (for example, a shared-purchasing agreement with a county partner) and discussed temporarily using existing commission funds for pilot distribution this year while building a budget line item for subsequent years.
The finance report was not available at the meeting; Hannah said she would provide a fuller report ahead of the July meeting. Commissioners agreed to continue exploring procurement and partnership options and to present a finance update and proposed budget allocation at the next meeting.
