CASTINE, Maine — The Castine Selectboard met briefly Feb. 3 and voted unanimously to enter an executive session to consult with the town attorney about a legal matter, according to the minutes.
Chair Dan Leader moved at 4:34 p.m. to go into executive session “pursuant to Title 1, M.R.S.A., §405(6)(E) to discuss a legal matter with the town’s attorney,” and Selectboard member Roberta Boczkiewicz seconded the motion. The board voted 3-0 to enter the executive session at 4:35 p.m., the minutes state.
