Castine Selectboard approves warrants, fire station OPM contract and snow‑plowing RFP

The board approved a snow removal RFP structured as a three‑year contract with up to a two‑year extension after staff clarified plowing responsibilities shared with neighboring Penobscot (Castine plows sections of Castine Road; Penobscot plows Dunbar Road). The snow removal motion also passed 3‑0.
