SANILAC COUNTY, Mich. — Riley Alley, Thumb Tri-Share Hub Coordinator for the Michigan Tri-Share Program, provided Sanilac County commissioners an overview of Tri-Share at the June 16 meeting, describing a model that splits childcare costs among employers, employees and the State of Michigan.
