HKGi representatives presented the Prairie Park Phase 1 plan at the Otsego Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on April 21, 2026. Commissioners also discussed ballfield improvements, noting the need for additional portable toilets and the possibility of installing a large concrete pad to accommodate them, together with expanded storage for equipment.

The commission identified community outreach and clearer financing explanations as the next actions to inform residents and to refine design choices.
