The De Pere License Committee on June 16, 2026, approved a new Class B fermented malt beverage and Class C wine license for Pier Hotel Associates LLC d/b/a TownePlace Suites, 215 North Wisconsin Street, and voted to renew multiple existing licenses for the July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 license period. The meeting opened at 6:59 p.m.; the chair led roll call and there were no public comments.
The committee’s chair said the TownePlace Suites application listed Tammy Fraley of Caledonia, Wisconsin, as the agent and moved to approve the application; Alderperson Theil seconded and the motion carried. The committee then approved routine renewals, including two Class A fermented malt beverage/intoxicating liquor renewals, one Class B/Class C wine renewal, and 14 Class B fermented malt beverage/Class B intoxicating liquor renewals for the 2026–27 license year. Each motion was seconded and passed during the meeting.
