Board schedules public hearing July 6 for Cookamo Sea store site plan

At the start of new business the board accepted a request from Rick Burgger of JPS Consulting Engineers to set the Cookamo Sea store site plan for a public hearing. Burgger identified the project’s location at the northwest corner of Dixon Road and State Road 26 and said a traffic study had been submitted to INDOT.
Board members noted the project’s stormwater permit application is in the payment queue and that the county will not begin a technical review until that permit fee is paid. The board voted to schedule the public hearing for July 6 at 5:00 p.m.; no final approvals were taken at the meeting.
