Commissioner Clemens moved to approve the conditional use permit, and the motion passed unanimously. The commission’s approval was recorded with the condition that a complete, detailed site plan be submitted and approved before full zoning and occupancy approvals are issued.
The action means the applicant may proceed to prepare the full site plan required by city staff; the plan commission’s approval does not itself grant final zoning clearance or building permits.
