Arapahoe council selects Medica HSA, refers four nuisance properties to sheriff and approves $10,000 rehab grant

Council President Middagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the EMCC Council Room. After routine staff reports, the council approved the consent agenda and then considered committee recommendations and individual motions brought by council members.

- Resolution 2025-23: Council President Middagh introduced and the council passed Resolution 2025-23 signing the year-end certification of the City Street Superintendent. The motion was adopted by roll call vote.
- Pool pump repair: The council approved a quote from Double J Plumbing to repair the pool pump for $3,800. The motion was moved by Carpenter, seconded by Kreutzer and carried by roll call.
- House rehab grant: The council authorized an initial House Rehab Grant payment of $10,000 to John Crawford of 910 8th Street (check #103610). The motion was moved by Kreutzer, seconded by Polston and carried.
