Bremen Selectmen unanimously approve warrants, an abatement and a $14,560 supplemental warrant

The Town of Bremen Board of Selectmen voted unanimously on routine financial and administrative matters during their April 3, 2025 meeting.
On a motion by Chair Wendy Pieh, seconded by Selectman Steve Page, the board approved the warrants dated March 28, 2025; April 2, 2025; and April 4, 2025, and accepted the minutes of the March 20, 2025 meeting. The vote was recorded as 3-0.
On a motion by Selectman John "Boe" Marsh, seconded by Selectman Steve Page, the board voted 3-0 to approve an abatement dated April 3, 2025, intended to correct a supplemental assessment that had been charged to the wrong property owner.
Later in the same motion sequence, Selectman Marsh moved and Selectman Page seconded approval of a supplemental warrant dated April 3, 2025, for removal from tree growth on Map 010-Lot 002. The warrant lists property owners Corey Digirolamo and Andrew Warren and sets the supplemental assessment at $14,560.00. The board recorded the vote as 3-0.
No amendments, recorded dissenting votes, or follow-up directives were included in the meeting record. The board adjourned at 5:18 p.m.
