Arnold board approves permit and special liquor license for Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally

Heather Hagler, representing the Devil’s Den Motorcycle Organization, requested permission to hold the Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally on July 11–12 at the Arnold Recreation Area and to block the road beginning July 10. After discussion the Board approved the permit for a $150 fee; the roll call vote recorded an abstention by Chairman Zach Hagler.
The Board also approved an application from the Arnold Golf Association for a Special Designated Liquor License covering the rally: Friday, July 11 from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. That motion carried with the same roll call pattern and an abstention by Chairman Hagler.
The minutes record no conditions attached to the approvals beyond the fee and license hours. The Clerk will record the permits and license for village files and event coordination.
