Six-month review of Arnold's Economic Development Program presented; ED Fund claims approved

At the Jan. 13 meeting, Economic Development Director Cheryl Carson gave a six-month update on Arnold’s Economic Development Program and said copies of the six-month report were available to trustees and the public.
Chairman Zach Hagler asked for comments from the floor; none were offered. After the presentation, the Board approved claims from the Economic Development Fund totaling $5,991.16, covering salary reimbursements, website hosting and updates, advertising, bookkeeping and utilities. The roll call vote to approve those claims was unanimous.
Carson noted she attended the Citizen Advisory Committee meeting earlier that evening to provide the update; the minutes indicate routine administrative activity and no public opposition to the program at this time.
