Arnold trustees approve a package of routine contracts, licenses and appointments

At the Jan. 13 meeting the Village of Arnold Board of Trustees cleared multiple routine agenda items in a series of roll call votes.
Appointments and licenses: Chairman Zach Hagler reappointed Mike Harvey to the Planning Commission for a three-year term; trustees approved the reappointment. The Board also approved a Special Designated License for the Arnold Golf Association’s annual Chili Cook Off on March 1, 2025, authorizing alcohol consumption at the event between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Contracts and agreements: Trustees approved Revision 1 to Exhibit B and Revision 1 to Exhibit C of the Firm Electric Service (FES) Contract with the Western Area Power Administration, which cover operating agreement terms and transmission/delivery measurement conditions; Chairman Hagler was authorized to sign the exhibits. The Board also approved a revised agreement with Sal Hilderbrant (DBA Sal’s Dog Grooming/Pawsome Hotel) to impound dogs found running at large or abandoned and set a $50 rehoming fee; Hagler was authorized to sign the agreement.
The motions passed on recorded roll call votes without recorded opposition. These approvals were discussed as part of the Board’s routine business and follow standard contract and licensing procedures.
