Shawn O’Neil moved to accept the application; Barry Hantman seconded. The motion to accept the application carried. Barry Hantman then moved to approve the site plan; Vince Edwards seconded and the motion carried.
The minutes record no conditions tied to the approvals; the board did not record any opposing votes.
