Beacon Falls WPCA asks Town Counsel to clarify ordinance on sewer project review

Chairman Jeff Smith called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. Vicechair David D’Amico moved to approve the minutes of the regular monthly meeting of May 19, 2026; Commissioner Cody Muth seconded. The motion passed on a recorded 4–0 vote. Commissioner Brian Swan was present; Commissioner Cody Brennan was listed as absent. L. Rajvong served as clerk for the meeting and submitted the minutes.
The commission reviewed wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) monthly reports for May and June 2026; the minutes do not record specific findings or follow-up tasks from that review. The board also noted there were no updates on the Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project and no updates on North Main Street or the Century/Division/Maple items.
