Applicant Amy Young of Plymouth Engineering presented the final materials for the project at 1239 Bangor Road (approximately 22.56 acres, tax map 92 lots 26 and 26-1) and said she had addressed comments from prior meetings and the technical-review meeting. Board members focused on fire protection and asked for a narrative on the plan confirming the owner's responsibility to maintain and monitor the fire-system water level. Young said the system has a level alarm tied to the well and that she would add language on the final plan stating the owner's ongoing responsibility.
A motion to approve the major subdivision and major-use site development for Sportsmen's Mobile Home Park carried with the stated condition that map 92 lot 26 and map 92 lot 26-1 be combined; the applicant will revise the plans to include the requested ownership/responsibility narrative and return signed final plans to staff before the next meeting.
What happens next: Applicant to add the owner-responsibility narrative on the final plan, combine the parcels as a condition of approval, and submit revised plans to staff for signatures prior to issuance of final approvals.
