Daniels County commissioners opened their Sept. 16 meeting, noted attendance and approved the agenda by voice vote. They then voted to pay the county’s monthly claims and to approve the treasurer’s securities during the same session.
At a follow-up discussion county staff said a signature was required on an Intercap reimbursement request for $10,300 related to a previously paid bill. Commissioners were told the loan portfolio includes two separate loans (one for equipment, one for other purchases) and that roughly $82,000 remained available on one of the loans. The board agreed to sign the request so the county could receive the reimbursement.
No roll‑call vote tallies were recorded in the transcript; motions were made, seconded and approved by voice. Commissioners said they would resume later in the day to continue routine business and follow up on claims paperwork.
