Council approves consent agenda, appoints Rolling Meadows PID advisory board nominees

Later in the meeting the council considered action item 14, a resolution declaring vacancies and appointing members to the Rolling Meadows PID advisory board after resignations left openings. Staff presented the nominees Felicia Williams, Jacqueline Williams and Stacy Jaglowski and recommended approval. During the discussion the record included a staff acknowledgement that Exhibit A contained a misspelling of Stacy’s name and that the correction would be entered into the record. A council member asked legal counsel whether to recuse due to a peripheral real estate interest; legal counsel advised recusal, and the council member stepped away from the dais. The motion to approve the appointments was made and seconded and carried by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will record the corrected Exhibit A in the meeting packet and complete the appointment paperwork for the advisory board members.
