MVILB approves NEIADA curriculum and notes investigator retirement

Executive Director Joshua L. Eickmeier also updated the board on the 2026 licensing-year renewal process and on educational requirements that took effect Jan. 1, 2026. Eickmeier noted the board has upcoming appointment and reappointment hearings for board members. He informed the board that Investigator Roy Fiscus has announced his retirement effective at the end of April 2026 and that the position will likely remain vacant for a time; no personnel action was requested.
The board tentatively scheduled its next meeting for Thursday, April 16, 2026, and adjourned at 11:03 a.m.
