Roxbury selectmen approve cemetery sign work, await state dock agreement and note shoreland concerns

The Planning Board is reviewing a Holding Tank Ordinance and the town’s Comprehensive Plan; selectmen said they will invite a state representative to explain TIF (tax increment financing) law and whether the proposed walking-trail project might be eligible for TIF coverage.
