DeWitt Sister City board approves agenda and minutes, schedules next meeting and adjourns

At its Sept. 4 meeting at City Hall, the DeWitt Sister City Community Board approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from its Aug. 14 regular meeting and set the next meeting date for Oct. 23, 2024.
Peggy Brown moved to approve the agenda; Steve Musselman seconded. The board approved the agenda unanimously with an amendment correcting Board member Dustin Earley's name spelling. Later, Dustin Earley moved and Peggy Brown seconded approval of the Aug. 14 minutes; that motion also carried unanimously. The public-comment period was recorded as having no speakers.
Dustin Earley then moved, and Benjamin Miller seconded, a motion to adjourn; the meeting was recorded as adjourned at 5:01 p.m. The minutes were signed and submitted by City Clerk-Treasurer Sarah Stoltzfus.
