Council voted to table Ordinance 29-25, an ordinance amending and approving replacement pages to the Port Clinton codified ordinances and declaring an emergency, until the next meeting on Dec. 9, 2025.
Mrs. Beth Gillman moved to table Ordinance 29-25; Ms. Pat Hovis seconded. The transcript records a voice-roll call with 'yes' votes from Mrs. Gillman, Mr. Morgan, Ms. Hovis and Mrs. King. President Lisa Sarty recorded that the motion carried 4-0 and noted there were not enough members in attendance to adopt legislation at the Nov. 25 meeting.
The ordinance remains on the agenda for Dec. 9 and will return for further consideration when a full quorum is present.
