RSU 23 elects Dave Boudreau chair, Peter Flaherty vice chair; accepts Oct. 15 minutes

The RSU 23 Board elected Dave Boudreau as board chair and Peter Flaherty as vice chair during its Nov. 19 meeting. Peter Flaherty moved to nominate Boudreau for chair; the motion was seconded by Sally Beatty and carried by unanimous roll-call vote.
Sally Beatty moved and Donna Moutsatsos seconded the nomination of Peter Flaherty as vice chair; that motion also passed unanimously. The board then voted to accept the Oct. 15, 2020 meeting minutes as written; the minutes approval carried with four Yes votes and one abstention.
The procedural actions took place at the opening of the scheduled meeting, which Superintendent John Suttie called to order at 6:00 p.m. The board adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
