Fink announced that a copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the meeting room and accessible to the public, and the board placed the meeting notices on file.
After completing interviews for the Utility Maintenance Worker vacancy, the board moved and seconded to offer the position to Zachary Schuerman. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. The minutes do not specify who made the motion or who seconded it.
With no further business, the board adjourned the special meeting at 10:54 a.m. The minutes were attested by Chairman Lyle Fink and Village Clerk Moria Holly and include the official seal.
