DRAC approves minutes and adjourns after continuing applications to July 2

The committee continued three substantive items to July 2: the Borough of Bantam's after-the-fact gateway signs (pending a legal opinion from Litchfield's land use attorney), exterior lighting at 199 West Street (pending confirmation of an electrical permit), and proposed Sunoco signage at 250 West Street (pending clearer photographic documentation).
