The Potter County Commissioners on May 28 approved a series of routine fiscal and administrative items and tabled two jail vendor contracts pending review by the county solicitor.
The board allocated $2,500 from Act 13 funds to Tri-County Fire School to support additional work at its burn training facility. Commissioners also approved the execution and recording of a deed transferring 62 North St., Roulette, PA 16746 to the Township of Roulette pursuant to a prior sale authorization.
Two memoranda of understanding with the Association of Probation Officers were approved: one covering duties related to the Alcohol Highway Safe Driving School and another covering duties related to the Court Reporting Network (CRN). The board approved a Databranch quote for additional prorated Adobe licenses totaling $1,005.00.
Two Cidnet agreements for the Potter County Jail — a service agreement for audio/video services and a usage agreement for content and security application data, both with terms June 1, 2026–May 31, 2030 — were presented and tabled for further solicitor review. The minutes record motions to table made by Commissioner Robert Rossman and seconded by Commissioner Paul Heimel.
Potter County Human Services contracts were approved, including a supervision contract with Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging (Supervision for Protective Services listed at $50,000) and a new $8,000 cost-reimbursement contract for Recovery Support Services. The minutes list line items for Esper Center methadone treatment with the following per-patient/service amounts as recorded: $92.00 per week for methadone treatment, $100.00 per year for annual physical and $50.00 per year for annual blood work.
The commissioners approved the separation of employment for Kelly Ahearn, Aging Care Manager II in Potter County Human Services, effective June 26, 2026. A Liquid Fuels Tax request from Roulette Township for $3,723.86 was approved. The board reviewed and approved county fiscal summaries (May 15 and May 19, 2026) and Potter County Human Services payroll and accounts payable totals.
All recorded motions in the minutes that include roll-call votes were unanimous. The meeting set its next session for June 11, 2026 and adjourned.
