Norwich Township trustees elect Hykes as chair and Rothenberg as vice-chair for 2026

At its Jan. 6 regular meeting, the Norwich Township Board of Trustees conducted a swearing-in for Brian Rothenberg and Kelli Arthur Hykes and unanimously elected Hykes as the board's chair for 2026 and Rothenberg as vice-chair.
Trustee Rick Tidd called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. and the board recorded roll call with all three trustees present. Mr. Rothenberg moved to appoint Kelli Arthur Hykes chair and Mr. Tidd seconded; the motion passed with all trustees voting in favor. Mrs. Hykes then moved to appoint Mr. Rothenberg vice-chair and the motion likewise passed unanimously.
The appointments were recorded as official board actions; trustees did not indicate additional changes to committee assignments during the Jan. 6 session.
