Fremont County approves state technology grant after 3–2 vote

County Clerk Julie Freese indicated a proposal must be submitted by the clerk prior to approval of funding. The grant references legislation from the 2024 Wyoming Session Laws (cited in the minutes) as the statutory basis for the program.
