Colette Aufranc moved to approve the consent agenda and Thomas Ulfelder seconded. The motion passed 5-0 with votes recorded as Aufranc — Aye; Freiman — Aye; Largess — Aye; Sullivan Woods — Aye; Ulfelder — Aye.
The meeting record includes supporting documents listed for the agenda, such as a Letter of Intent to Sell Hollis Street (dated April 27, 2026), a condominium deed stamped Oct. 30, 2024, and an Affordable Housing Deed Rider dated Oct. 24, 2024.
