Residents urge Woolwich to press Ryan Homes over concrete spalling at Preserves at Weatherby Phase 3

Mayor Matthias acknowledged the concern and asked Administrator Jim Watson and Township Engineer Mark Lodato to arrange a site visit with the developer and Ryan Homes to review the reported issues. The mayor asked the resident to provide an email address to the administrator to serve as a point of contact for the group. No further public comment was made and the committee did not take formal action to withhold bonds at the meeting.
