Litchfield awards $959,804.20 contract to rebuild Wigwam Road

The board’s action authorizes DPW to execute the contract and begin project planning. The project was presented as a drainage reconstruction effort intended to address local flooding and roadway condition concerns; the motion passed without recorded dissent.
