Lebanon Committee approves settlement in Naccarato v. Lebanon Township

Committee member Abe Abuchowski moved the approval; Brian Wunder seconded, and the Committee voted aye.
The executive-session resolution (No. 149-2024) specified that discussion topics included collective bargaining, property acquisition, security tactics, pending or anticipated litigation (including The NAR Group, LLC and Naccarato v. Lebanon Township), attorney-client privileged advice, and personnel matters. The Committee’s public statement following the executive session confirmed approval of the settlement and the authorization for Insurance Funds Counsel to complete required execution steps; no settlement amount or further terms were disclosed in the public record.
The Committee recorded the vote and authorized the township’s insurance-fund counsel to finalize and file the documents needed to implement the settlement.
