Resident urges Covington council to address parking and speeding on Buccaneer Way

Alspaugh’s remarks came during the public-comment portion of the meeting after the council approved a routine consent agenda. The council did not take immediate action but directed staff and the police to review the situation and report back to council with potential next steps or recommendations.
