Ward Planning Commission swears in two members and names new chairman

Later in the meeting the mayor announced that Jack would serve as the commission’s new chairman after Miss Aaron opted not to continue on the commission. The mayor asked outgoing members Alex and Helen to come forward and presented each with a plaque and name tag in appreciation for their service.
The formal swearing-in and chair appointment were procedural actions that establish membership and leadership for future planning commission work.
