St. Paul adopts LARM renewal resolution, setting three-year commitment and discount

The St. Paul City Council approved the League Association of Risk Management (LARM) 2024–2025 Renewal Resolution 2024-12 at its July 15 meeting. Council member Chuck Schmid moved adoption of the resolution; Katie Kowalski seconded the motion. The council voted 4–0 in favor.
The resolution documents that any written notice of termination must be provided at least 180 days before the desired termination date and that the termination date may be no sooner than Sept. 30, 2027. The renewal carries a five percent discount as described in the resolution packet. No amendments or additional directions were recorded at the meeting.
The resolution will be processed according to standard municipal procedure and reflected in upcoming budget materials as appropriate.
