Staff said it is logistically possible to place a draft report on a board agenda 72 hours in advance but cautioned that the committee must approve the report before it is presented to the board.
The committee asked staff to confirm audit delivery timing to determine whether a March committee meeting could produce a final report in time for board presentation. Members agreed to pursue calendar adjustments and to ensure the committee has sufficient time to review and approve the annual report before any board presentation.
