The Village of Waterloo Board of Trustees met in a special session on Jan. 12, 2026, to receive the fiscal year 2024-2025 audit. Chairperson Travis Harlow called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office, 509 S. Front Street; notice of the meeting was mailed in accordance with the village bylaws, the clerk said.
Lisa Flesner, the village CPA, presented the audit for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. "Flesner presented the audit for the 2024/2025 Fiscal Year," the minutes state. The record does not show any motions, votes, or formal action taken on the audit during the special meeting.
Trustees present at roll call were Travis Harlow (chairperson), Bill Rotert (vice-chairperson), David Rochford and Corie Sass; Trustee Nikki Ewing arrived at 6:03 p.m. Melissa Smith, village clerk, is listed in the minutes as present.
