The vote was 5–0 in favor. The adopted schedule reflects the two project timing changes discussed at the hearing; no additional funding or specific construction contracts were announced at the meeting.
The action is procedural approval of the planning document that guides local road priorities; implementation of individual projects will depend on future budgeting and procurement steps. The board did not attach a separate funding vote to this adoption. The next regular Loomis board meeting is scheduled for Dec. 9, 2024.
