Resolution No. 24‑12‑1 finds the village has no present need to retain the 12 hay bales, determines their total fair market value to be less than $65, and sets a sealed‑bid public sale at the regular meeting on Jan. 6, 2025, with required notice posted in three public places and published in the Lincoln Journal Star. The resolution reserves the village's right to reject any or all bids.
The board also approved Claims List A totaling $26,295.46, Claims List B totaling $6,013.76, noted Keno checking of $70,938, and approved November payroll of $8,841.34. The meeting was declared adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
