The Clarks Village Board of Trustees unanimously approved routine consent items and authorized a municipal investment account with NPAIT during its May 14, 2025 meeting at Village Hall.
Chairman Donn Glynn called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and the board approved the consent agenda — including the April 9, 2025 meeting minutes, a $1,500 transfer from Sales Tax to the Resin Reserve Fund and payment of claims and payroll detailed in the treasurer’s report — on a 5-0 roll call vote after a motion from Trustee Chris Langley and a second from Trustee Dylan Drummond.
Later in the meeting Walker Zulkoski of NPAIT presented investment-account options for municipalities. Trustee Dyrek Zoucha moved to adopt Resolution 2025-0514.1 to set up an account with NPAIT and authorized signing the application; Trustee Chris Langley seconded the motion, which passed on a 5-0 roll call vote.
The consent agenda and the NPAIT resolution were recorded in the minutes; the clerk’s packet lists payroll and claims amounts for March, and individual vendors and amounts were provided to the board. The board did not receive any public comment at the meeting.
The board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2025 at 7 p.m.
