At the April 8 meeting the Wallace Village Board unanimously approved a motion to sign an Arbor Day proclamation and announced community dumpsters will arrive April 24 and remain through April 28.
Trustee Christina Daniels moved to sign the proclamation; Trustee Brian Banks seconded the motion, which passed 4-0. The minutes record a reminder by Chairperson Madisen Clough that the Open Meetings Law notice is posted on the boardroom wall and that the village is recording meetings.
The dumpster schedule provides residents an opportunity for community clean-up; the minutes do not specify hours, locations beyond the general notice, or who will manage drop-off operations. The clerk is the contact for follow-up information.
The meeting adjourned at 9:06 p.m.; trustees confirmed their next meeting date as May 13, 2025.
