Warren Local board approves August financials, $3.6 million in payments

The Warren Local Board of Education on Sept. 25, 2025, approved the district’s August financial reports and authorized payments totaling $3,611,518.21, the treasurer reported at the regular meeting held at Warren High School.
The board approved minutes for the Aug. 28 meeting, the cash position and investment balances for August, and checks dated Aug. 1–31, 2025. The treasurer noted $510.11 in investment earnings deposited into the Permanent Improvement Fund. The administration also requested and the board approved a Then-and-Now invoice payment of $15,911.40 to the Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities for 1:1 aide services provided in the 2024–25 school year.
The motion (RES. NO. 72-25) was moved and seconded as recorded; roll-call votes were Mr. Allen yes; Mr. Crum yes; Mrs. Greenup yes; Mrs. Proctor yes; and Mr. Roush yes.
Board members had no additional public discussion recorded on the motion. The Finance committee had earlier reviewed the district’s three-year forecast; Mrs. Proctor later reported that committee review to the board during the communications portion of the meeting.
