Planning commission hears short updates on museum, city hall bidding and a proposed rooster ban

Commissioners were notified that a proposed citywide change to Title 5 (including a proposed ban on roosters and adjustments to pet licensing) would be presented to the commission as an informational briefing before going to city council.
No votes or formal actions were taken on these items at the meeting; staff said the items will return as agenda items or briefings in July or later.
