Warren Local approves second reading of dozens of policy changes and several 2026–27 staff hires

The board approved transfers including Rebecca Jessee from High School Intervention Specialist to Elementary School Grade 1 and Stephanie Kasserman to an Elementary School STEAM position. The board also approved classified personnel hires and pupil activity recommendations and listed several classified substitutes as pending.
The board accepted the resignation of Ann Skufca, Director of Student and Parent Engagement, effective March 30, 2026.
