Day told the board he had spoken with adjacent neighbors and that the structure would sit approximately five feet off the property line; Member Gergen moved to approve and Member Parker seconded.
At 254 Getchell Road, an applicant identified as Rosier asked permission to add a 722-square-foot accessory dwelling unit behind a garage for a family member. With no public opposition, Member Parker moved to approve and Mr. Gergen seconded; the board voted 3-0 in favor.
At 24 Wayside Court, Cheryl Ladueca requested a special-use permit to add a one-story dwelling attached to a garage for an aging parent. The board moved, seconded and approved the request 3-0.
Earlier in the meeting the board addressed approval of the May minutes: after an initial motion and a rescission, members voted to table approval of the minutes until the next meeting in August.
