Maywood board approves consent agenda including $445,894.80 in claims; hears FFA program and staff reports

The Maywood Board of Education approved the consent agenda on Sept. 8, authorizing payment of claims and payroll with a grand total of $445,894.80.

Barb Fritsche moved and Darren Sellers seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda, which included general fund checks #7512–#7540 totaling $147,604.26; depreciation fund check #1387 for $3,000.00; lunch fund checks #6536–#6541 totaling $6,462.70; petty cash checks #6201 for $205.93; activity fund checks #3758–#3772 totaling $24,878.47; and payroll totals of $263,841.42 (including checks #7504–#7511). The board voted Yea: 6, No: 0.

The minutes list many vendors and payees approved under the general, depreciation, lunch, petty cash, and activity funds, including Henderson State Bank ($122,882.04), HUDL ($8,500.00), FFA Convention Tour – NE Group ($8,653.00), ESU 10 ($3,020.00), Nebr.
