The Heritage Farm Commission acknowledged a $500 donation from the Bolton Congregational Church and recorded an additional $300 end‑of‑year gift from a Manchester resident to the BHF fund, Treasurer Cara Wraight said. Wraight reported the Rosie Fund balance at roughly $8,032.
Commissioners reviewed incoming correspondence including Cross Country Running Series dates (June 24 through July 29) and discussed event logistics such as porta-potty placement but made no final decision.
During unfinished business, Building and Grounds Supervisor John Butrymovich reported that some plowing has occurred this month. The commission noted no update on LOTCIP Heritage Farm Trail design and no update on NPS wayfinding signage. A meeting to review the library display case was scheduled for Feb. 9; the town requested the case be moveable and most of the grant will fund curation.
The commission moved and voted unanimously to add approval of the Nov. 3, 2025 minutes to the agenda, to approve the Nov. 3 minutes with a correction ("plague" corrected to "plaque"), and to approve the Dec. 2, 2025 minutes as written. Kevin Drake moved to adjourn at 8:24 p.m.; Rhea Klein seconded.
