Limington select board approves warrants, moves to offer six-month agreement to town mechanic candidate

The Limington Select Board on Nov. 13 approved payroll warrant No. 101 for $29,616.29 and appropriations warrant No. 103 for $84,277.40, a combined total of $113,893.69, and took several administrative steps to prepare for winter operations.

The board moved and seconded approval of the minutes from Nov. 6 and the warrants; the motions were accepted by voice vote. Meeting materials show the board interviewed candidates for a part‑time town mechanic position and "agreed to offer him a six‑month employment agreement."
