The Library District board approved consent agenda items one and two and adjourned its Library District session Tuesday, June 16, meeting in the Supervisors' Hearing Room on Melody Lane in Bisbee.
The vote followed roll call: District 1 Supervisor Crosby was present; District 2 (Ms. Gomez) attended remotely; and the District 3 representative noted presence. With no members of the public requesting to speak, the chair asked for a motion to move the consent agenda.
"Mr. Chair, I move we approve consent agenda items one and two," said a supervisor who made the motion. Another supervisor responded, "I second." The chair then called for the vote; the three members present each vocalized "I," and the motion carried 3-0.
No discussion or public comment was recorded on the consent items. After the vote the chair adjourned the Library District meeting and the board proceeded to the next agenda area (Flood).
Attendance, public comment procedures and the 9:00 a.m. speaker-request deadline were announced at the start of the meeting.
